Important Event Changes - Slocum 50 Weekend
Important Changes to the Slocum 50 Weekend!
In a joint decision between Lucas Oil MLRA and 34 Raceway, the $10,555 to win 15th Annual Slocum 50 event will be held on Friday, April 14th and the $5,000 to win prelude will be run on Saturday, April 15th.
Due to the forecast and lack of a viable rain date, it has been decided to invert the weekends events. Both shows are still planned to run, however the events are flipped.
Tickets pre-purchased for Saturday will be honored on Friday and likewise, those purchased for Friday will be honored on Saturday with the event changes. No more online tickets will be sold. They will be available on race day at the gate.
We do understand this may not be ideal for all parties, however, we do want to get the Slocum 50 event in so at this time, this was the best decision.

Camping - Camping is free and first come, first served at 34 Raceway. In exchange for camping remaining free, please respect our property by picking up after yourself and NO glass on the ground. If you choose to bring a pet, you do so at your own risk. Please pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash or in an enclosed area if you have a concern around other animals. Camping is along the north and east fence lines at the track. If you park anywhere else, you will be asked to move. Campers can move in as soon as Tuesday, April 11th.
Coolers - 12 pack or smaller coolers are permitted into the grandstands with ice. There is NO carry in food or beverages so please know that your coolers will be subject to search upon entry.
Blanket Laydown - If you want to lay down a blanket, you can do so between 12 PM and 2 PM on race days. Blankets cannot be left overnight because of cleaning so please plan to take your items with you upon exit each night. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items.
Tickets - Tickets will be available at the gate on race day. Ticket pricing can be found on 34raceway.com/schedules. All seating is general admission. Pit passes will only be sold at the gate on race day.
Handicapped Parking / Access - Handicapped parking is available near our main concession stand. It does fill up quickly so please be aware. Handicapped restrooms and wheelchair access is available.
Suites - There are no personal (grandstand) booths available.
Pedestrian Parking in the Pits - Pit parking is available near the concession. If parking does fill up OR the grounds are saturated, we may restrict pit parking to ensure the safety of our patrons.
Facility Entry / Exit - Please plan to bring everything into the races with you as, on busy event nights, entry and exit may be limited. Clear bags are preferred but all bags are subject to search upon entry to the facility.
Payment Methods - We take credit cards at the gates for tickets. Concessions & the beer area are cash only. We do have an ATM on site if needed.
