Unfortunately we regret to announce that the 2014 Season Opener on Saturday April 26th at Sunset Speedway Park is cancelled due to all the inclement weather and Mother Nature not cooperating. With all of the bad weather in the last few days it has left the pit area saturated and the infield flooded. S
SP hopes to host their first race of the year next Saturday May 3rd. Scheduled to be in action are the Northwest Extreme Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, 4-Bee’s, 600cc Open Micros, and the 600cc Restricted Micros. Pit Gates will open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates open at 3:30, and racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for this event are Adults $12.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-18) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
