Crate Racin' USA Dirt Late Model Series
Rain Forces Senoia Feature To Sunday Afternoon
(Senoia, GA - 8/17/24) In response to the severe weather that swept through Georgia on Saturday night, Senoia Raceway officials have announced the postponement of the Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Dirt Late Model Series $3,000-to-win feature event. The highly anticipated race, originally scheduled for Saturday evening, will now take place on Sunday afternoon.
The decision to reschedule was made following intense storms that brought heavy rainfall, lightning, and gusty winds to the area, compromising track conditions and safety for drivers and spectators alike. This necessary adjustment also affects the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series events, which include a heat race, two B-mains, and a $15,000 main event, as well as local division features.
Updated Event Schedule for Sunday, August 18th:
Pit Gates Open: 10:00 AM
Grandstand Gates Open: 11:00 AM
Church Service: 11:30 AM
Cars on Track: 1:00 PM
The series did manage to complete Stakt Product by CV Racing Products Time Trials and the two Rogers-Dabbs Chevrolet B-mains.
