Salina Highbanks Speedway to host OCRS IMCA sprints on Saturday
By John Rittenoure - TULSA, Okla. (May 4, 2021) - After two rainouts the AmeriFlex / OCRS IMCA Sprint Cars will resume points competition Saturday at Salina Highbanks Speedway.
With five races in the books Casey Wills continues to lead the points chase over three-time champion Zach Chappell. Veteran Danny Wood and Terry Easum hold down third and fourth. All four drivers are still looking for their first feature victory of 2021. Joe Bob Lee sits in fifth and is the first driver in the standings with a victory.
Besides Lee, Johnny Kent, Alex Sewell, Noah Harris and Steven Shebester have logged feature wins.
Saturday’s stop is the first of two events scheduled for Salina in 2021.

When: Saturday, 7 p.m.
Times: Pit gates open at 3 p.m. Grandstand gates at 5. Drivers draw 4:45-5:45. Drivers meeting 6. Hot laps 6:30. Racing at 7.
