Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour returns to Park Jefferson Speedway, Saturday April 17th
The Park Jefferson Speedway is pleased to announce the return of the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series to The Park on Saturday, April 17. Featuring some of the best 360 sprint car teams in the country, the touring series based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma will stop at Park Jefferson for their lone series race in the State of South Dakota during the 2021 racing season. Joining them for the night will be the first of two nights for the RACESaver Sprint Cars along with the IMCA Modifieds and the IMCA Stock Cars.
When the Lucas Oil ASCS last ran at Park Jefferson, it was Blake Hahn in his gorgeous yellow and blue #52 who graced victory lane. The Sapulpa, Oklahoma driver took the win over Josh Baughman and former World of Outlaws regular Johnny “Hollywood” Herrera. Hahn returned to Park Jefferson last spring with the 410 power plant under the hood and has experience at the track. Also on hand in that inaugural appearance was Seth Bergman of Snohomish, Washington, Matt Covington of Oklahoma and the immortal Bryan Clauson. A strong field of ASCS drivers including Hahn and Bergman should be on hand and will be joined by many of the local drivers such as Jack Dover and Cody Ledger who will put the travelling stars to the test.
Gates will open at 5pm on April 17 with hot laps at 6:30 and racing to follow. Tickets are available in the Park Jefferson marketplace at https://market.myracepass.com/store/tickets/?store=10866. You can find all your racing news for Park Jefferson at www.parkjeff.com or call 712-202-5540.
