Top-10 finish at Natural Bridge Speedway

Mike Benedum was one of 23 Renegades of Dirt Late Model Tour entries on hand at Natural Bridge Speedway (Natural Bridge, Va.) on Saturday night for the $10,000 prize. Following the ninth-fastest lap in time trials, Benedum posted a second-place finish in his heat, which came behind Henry Hornsby III. Rolling off ninth for the A-Main, Mike was running in sixth and challenging for the top-five when he suffered a broken shock bolt. He salvaged a seventh-place finish in the 55-lap affair.
