MVSO Late Model Shock Rule Update

Message from Tony Undem regarding shock access from the manufacturer:

RULE UPDATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

AFCO 10 series and PRO WB series shocks have both discontinued their shocks with higher rebound rates. This is creating a problem as some racers have the higher rebound rates and nobody else can get them anymore.
We have researched the currently available shock options and the closest match to our shock rule is a QA1 5Q series shock as built from QA1. This shock retails for $205 each. We will have a $215.00 shock claim rule for the remaining events of the 2024 season. This is the best option currently available to match the specs of the old AFCO 10 series and stay within the intent of our shock rules. No shock rebuilding allowed.

You may now run the following shocks:
PRO WB series
AFCO 10 and 14 series
QA1 5Q series (Updated: 7/10/2024)
Or tech approved equal (Updated: 7/10/2024)
Shock Claim: $215.00 Per Shock

We will revisit the shock rule after the 2024 season to determine the best pathway forward for the MVSO Late Model division.
