Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway is gearing up for another weekend full of fantastic racing. The engines will start to roar on Saturday, August 25th at the historic 1/3-mile clay oval. Then the fun doesn’t stop there as Sunday afternoon Karts return with Hot Laps around Noon followed by racing.

Saturday night classes in action include IMCA Modifieds, Super Sports, Sportsman, IMCA Stock Cars, and Hornets. Tickets are $14.00 for Adults, Junior/Military/Senior $10.00, Youth (6-12) $5.00, 5 and Under FREE, and a Family Pass (2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) $35.00. Collen Winebarger is coming off a triumphant weekend by picking up the Big Sky Landscaping Modified Nationals last Saturday. Winebarger has accrued six IMCA Modified victories while Dustin Cady and Bricen James each have four to their name. Grey Ferrando has three wins and John Campos has two victories. In Super Sport competition B.J. Donofrio restored his dominance on the win list. Donofrio is back on top of the class with five wins over Doug Elkins’ four. Randy Barley has managed to be triumphant three times while one-time winners include Joey Tanner, Chris Mott, and McLain Beaudoin.

Ryan Emry is the man to beat in the Sportsman division with his four trips to victory lane. Jeff Rash and James Slover are both two-time victors with Randy Boyd, Steve Piefer, Chad Slover, and Tom Yeack all winning once. Dakota Godard remains the only repeat winner in the IMCA Stock Cars with two visits to the winner’s circle. Kevin Roberts, David Cronk, and Brad Gentry all have one win to their credit. Lastly, in the Hornets both Eddie Farness and K.C. Scott have tasted the most success with three victories each. Tracy Muse and Travis Koch have two wins while James Donaldson, Matt Diller, Josh Corley, and Eric Ashley have achieved a single triumph each.
