Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway will host the annual Fan Appreciation Night on Saturday June 27th. Also the folks at Highoctane Die Cast will be putting on the 3rd Annual Cars Of Stars event. Don't forget about the meet and greet session right after opening ceremonies where all the cars in the pits are brought out to the track. Then fans will be let loose on the racing surface to visit with their favorite drivers. The historic 1/3-clay oval will have all five staple classes which includes the Super Dirt Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Super Sports, Sportsman, and Street Stocks. Don't forget that Karts will be in action on Friday the 26th.
General Admission to the Friday Kart race will be FREE of charge. Pit Passes are $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be $30.00. The Pit Gate will open up around 4:00 PM and Racing is scheduled to begin around 6:30.
Brian Cronk and Rob Mayea find themselves tied for the most win in 2015 in the Super Dirt Late Model ranks. They each have won twice while John Duty, Bricen James, and Trevor Glaser all have one visit to victory lane.
Coming off a very busy Wild West Modified Shootout the IMCA Modifieds are back for regular action. Collen Winebarger collected his fourth Willamette win at the Mod Speedweek finale. Drivers who have achieved just a single victory include Alex Stanford, Dustin Dittman, and Jeremy Shank.
Gil Pickett leads the win column for the Super Sports. Pickett got his fourth win last Friday and the only other drivers to have won more than once include Brian Smith and Randy Barley, they have done so twice. Single race winners consist of Clay Debban, Chris Mott, and Jeff Rash.
In the Sportsman class Sandy Sanders and Tom Yeack are tied for the most wins in 2015 with three each. Jeff Rash has won twice while Kevin Williamson and Dennis Archer are the only two guys to have visited the winner's circle once.
Kyle Yeack is coming off of a weekend sweep in the Street Stocks to bring his total of wins to six. The only driver that is even close to him in the win chart is Justin Evans, with three. The rest of the competition have managed just one triumph. Those drivers are Bricen James, Steve Jorgensen, and Kevin Roberts.
