Sarver, PA (July 28, 2021) Lernerville Speedways Fab4 Revved Up with Marburger Farm Dairy weekly show makes its triumphant return this Friday, July 30 after a lengthy break due to special events and Mother Nature being unkind to ˜The Action Track.
All the Fab4 divisions including the Peoples Natural Gas DIRTcar Sprints, Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models, Diehl Automotive DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds and the Millerstown Pic-A-Part Penn Ohio Pro Stocks will be in action for the first time since the Mid-Season Championships on June 18. As a bonus, the Precise Late Models will have some added incentive as they compete in the Art Osmer Memorial. Over $1,000 in lap money will be paid out in addition to a $100 hard charger award and an extra $50 for the driver that comes home sixth in the 25-lap feature. A laser cut fire pit will also be awarded to one lucky driver by virtue of a drawing in Terry Bowser Excavating Victory Lane.
The late Art Osmer was a former car owner and driver in both the Six Cylinder Modified division as well as the Late Model division. Many fans will remember the classic orange colored number Six Late Model that, after Art hung up the helmet, had drivers like the late Nick Jones and Dave Hoffman behind the wheel. Other popular drivers that had the privilege to drive the Osmer #6 included Chuck Kennedy, Brian Swartzlander, Dan Osmer and John Flinner. The Osmer family is still heavily involved in racing as Arts grandson Dash Osmer competes in a Micro Sprint at Blanket Hill Speedway with his brother Wesley turning the wrenches.
Fans will also have the luxury of checking out a few classic and vintage race cars that will be on display in the main concourse area for Nostalgia Night! In addition to the classic cars, we have received numerous RSVPs from some legendary Lernerville Speedway Hall of Fame members and drivers that will be in attendance to share stories from their careers and sign autographs.
It is Pittsburgh Circle Track Club and Twin State Auto Racing Club Night as well at the speedway! Lernerville welcomes these organizations every year on Nostalgia Night and members of both groups are admitted FREE with their membership cards and photo ID.
Pit gates for this Fridays Fab4 Revved Up with Marburger Farm Dairy weekly show will open at 4:00 p.m. with grandstand gates opening at 5:00 p.m. Hot laps are slated to begin at 6:50 and racing to begin at 7:30 p.m.
