Kraig Kinser Excited for Return to Two California Ovals This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – PLACERVILLE, Calif. (March 26, 2019) – Kraig Kinser is returning to Keller Auto Speedway and Perris Auto Speedway this weekend for the first time since 2017.

Kinser kicks off the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series doubleheader on Friday at the oval in Hanford, Calif., where he charged from 26th to 11th during his most recent visit.

“Any time you can take positives from a track it’s a plus,” he said. “I’ve heard it’s been redone since the last time we’ve been there. We’ll see what changes there are and try to adjust accordingly.”

Kinser’s career-best result at Keller Auto Speedway was a fifth-place run in 2013, which marked his debut.

Kinser’s best-ever finish at Perris Auto Speedway also came during his debut, which occurred in 2012. He posted a fourth-place run that season.

“It has long straightaways,” he said. “It has wide turns, but the straightaways are so long you have to get way out there to keep your speed up. It’s a tricky track. Hopefully we unload quick and have a good night.”

Last weekend’s World of Outlaws races at Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, Calif., and at Placerville Speedway in Placerville, Calif., rained out.
