Randy Hibbs collects first ASCS Warrior Region Victory
WHEATLAND, Mo. (May 3, 2014) - For the first time, Randy Hibbs stood atop the podium with the American Sprint Car Series, winning the Impace4800.com Open Wheel Showdown at the Lucas Oil Speedway.
His first win against the Speedway Motors Warrior Region, fifth starting Hibbs grabbed the lead on Lap 14 from Jay Russell, who led a single lap after early leader Randy Martin nearly slapped the wall.
Danny Lasoski crossed second with Parker Price-Miller taking the final podium step. Jay Russell and Josh Fisher completed the top five. Randy Martin ended up sixth with Cody Baker, Josh Baughman, Tyler Blank, and Trevor Muths rounding out the top ten.
