Rain Soaks Lake Ozark Speedway Test and Tune Practice Day

Eldon, MO. (04/23/2021) With forecasted rain showers and precipitation earlier in the week causing a drenched track surface, Lake Ozark Speedway Officials have decided to cancel the Test and Tune Practice Day scheduled for Saturday, April 24th.

Up next for Lake Ozark Speedway will be a final Test and Tune Practice day beginning at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 1st with Pit Gates opening at Noon. All classes are welcome with Pit-Passes listed at $30, spectator admission is free.
Lake Ozark Speedway is set to begin weekly racing competition on Saturday, May 8th with the Season Opener featuring POWRi Ozark Wing 360 Sprints, POWRi Super Sprints, USRA B-Modifieds, POWRi Super Stocks, and Pure Stocks.

Pits Open: 1:00 PM
General Admission: 4:00 PM
Drivers Meeting: 6:00 PM
Hot Laps: 6:30 PM

Registration at Lake Ozark Speedway remains open and will be free for all classes except for the POWRi Super Stocks since that class will be eligible for both Track and National Points Championships. Drivers must be a member to be eligible for the year-end point fund. POWRi Super Stock drivers can also register on the main POWRi website.

An exciting new addition to the Lake Ozark Speedway facility in 2021 will be the Luxury Suites standing above the grandstands off turn four. Continual improvements to Lake Ozark Speedway include additions to the sound system, TV-quality MUSCO lighting, remodeled concession area, handicap parking and seating, motorcycle parking, and closed-circuit TVs in several areas of the facility along with electronic timing and scoring boasting a twenty-position scoreboard.
