Rain causes car show, practice to be canceled
Ongoing rain has forced I-90 Speedway officials to cancel the car show and practice day planned for April 30.
The 2022 season starts this coming Saturday, May 7 with the entire Paramount Racing Series in action. The Paramount Racing Series includes the Spielman Excavating IMCA Sprint Cars, T&R Contracting Late Model Street Stocks, USRA B-Modifieds and LawnSnow.com USRA Hobby Stocks.
For teams, the pit gate will open at 2 p.m. Teams are encouraged to arrive at the speedway between that time and 4 p.m. Each driver/team will need a completed W9 form. To expedite the check in process, one should be printed and completed prior to arriving at the track.

For fans, the stands open Saturday at 5 p.m. Adult tickets are $15, ages 13-18 are $6, and 12 and younger are free.
Practice begins at 6:30 with racing to follow.
