NDRL Finally Ready to Launch Inaugural Season at Paducah and I-55!
Pittsburgh, PA (April 10, 2013) Two weeks after mother nature washed away the originally scheduled inaugural weekend the 2013 NDRL 'Let's Get Dirty tour will finally kick off on Friday, April 12 at Paducah (KY) International Raceway with a 75-lap, $20,000 to-win feature event and Saturday, April 13 at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO for a second $20,000 to-win, 75-lap extravaganza that will also feature two separate 25-lap, $2,000 to-win UMP Modified A-Main events.75 laps at Paducah International Raceway should prove to be a different challenge for the NDRL's 'Kings of Dirt' based off the opinion of many experts in the industry. 'This certainly stands out as one of the more challenging races of 2013 for drivers,' claimed DirtonDirt.com's Michael Rigsby. 'Paducah is fast, high-banked, and very demanding. You don't just win a race there, you really have to earn it, and that's in a 40 or 50 lapper. A 75 lapper though? Whoever wins that will have earned every nickel of that $20,000.' 'We've never had a show this big,' Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 promoter Ray Marler said about the $20,000 payday, 'It's a huge show for this area. We don't get a lot of these types of shows around our area; the drivers are chomping at the bit to get these shows in. We're excited to be a part of the NDRL's inaugural weekend.'A plethora of drivers from across the country are expected to be in action during the 'Let's Get Dirty Tour's' inaugural weekend including Shannon Babb, Brian Birkhofer, Scott Bloomquist, Eddie Carrier Jr., Shane Clanton, Jonathan Davenport, Dennis Erb Jr., Jason Feger, Steve Francis, Tim Fuller, Austin Hubbard, Davey Johnson, Mike Johnson, Jared Landers, Jimmy Mars, Billy Moyer, Billy Moyer Jr., Don O'Neal, Bobby Pierce, Brian Shirley, Chris Simpson and many more local and regional stars! In addition to the on track action, Country Music Recording Artist Cody McCarver will be live in concert as well as fireworks and pyrotechnics shows by Legendary Entertainment Productions, known for their work at crown jewel events such as the 'Dream' and 'World 100', will be provided free with admission! Two complete NDRL shows will be in store at Paducah International Raceway and Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 including Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Main's, and 75-lap, $20,000 to-win Feature Events.
