Greenbush Race Park
GRP announces summer race schedule
The Greenbush Race Park has set its summer race schedule for the 2022 race season with exciting Wissota racing happening every Saturday night. The Greenbush Race Park features four Wissota classes of Modifieds, Streets, Midwest Modifieds, and Pure Stocks along with select dates for the MinnKota Lightning Sprints and 4 Cylinders.
The 2022 season will kick off on May 28 with the Mods, Streets, Midwest Mods, Pure Stocks and MinnKota Lightning Sprints. June 4 will be a regular night of racing. On June 11 the NLRA Late Models will make the first of five visits to the Race Park. For the first time ever on June 18, the INEX Legends will travel to play at the Park. June wraps up with the Rebel Midwest Mod tour and the Steffes Street Stock tour on the 25th, and is also the Duggan Nelson Memorial.
July opens up on the 2nd with the NLRA Late Models. On July 3rd the Race Park will have its first ever Baja race, for information and rules check out our Facebook page, Official Greenbush Race Park. July 9th will be the Race of Champions qualifier for the Wissota classes. July 16th will be a special for the Pure Stocks. July 23rd, the Advantage RV Mod Tour returns and July 30th will be the Olson Memorial cup race for the MinnKota Lightning Sprints.
On August 6th the Race Park will feature the NLRA Late Models, and after a two year hiatus the return of the Baker Cup for the Mods. August 13th will be the second running of the MinnKota Lightning Sprint Summer Shootout and should once again feature a great turnout of Lightning Sprints from across the U.S. and Canada. August wraps up the two regular nights of racing on the 20th, which will be the Race of Champs rain date and the 27th.
The 2022 season will wrap up on Labor Day weekend, September 3rd and 4th with our annual two nights of racing featuring the NLRA Late Models on both nights along with all of our regular classes. Sunday the 4th racing will start at 6pm, and all other nights racing gets underway at 7pm sharp. Pit gates open at 4:30, grandstands at 5:30 and the cutoff for the draw is at 6pm.
