Pursley and Drake Post Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series Wins at Grayson County Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – BELLS, Texas (April 14, 2018) – Daison Pursley and Kale Drake both scored their first Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass feature victory of the season on Saturday when the series made its debut at Grayson County Speedway.

Both drivers became the fifth winner in six races this season in their respective class.

Pursley capitalized on his pole starting position to capture the Stock Non-Wing main event triumph, giving him a win in all three of the series premier classes. Daniel Shaffer finished in the runner-up position with Chase Randall third, Jim Woods fourth and Ryan Truitt fifth.

Kobe Simpson, Pursley and Randall were the heat race winners.

Drake secured his fourth career Restricted ‘A’ Class victory, which is tied for the third most in series history. Points leader Ryan Timms earned a second-place finish with Timothy Watson III placing third, Brant Woods fourth and Joshua Gentry fifth.

Ryder Laplante and Woods each won a heat race.

The Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will return to action on May 6 at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla.
