September 30 Super Late Model Race Now Open For All; Heats To Be Run; $2,000 To Win, $200 To Start!
GEORGETOWN, DE €“ Sometimes, demand outshines supply.
And thats the case at Georgetown Speedway for the Super Late Model Brown Bag invitational event that had been scheduled for Friday, September 30 at Georgetown Speedway. Due to high demand to participate by racers, the event has been opened up to allow all race teams to compete.
Super Late Models will race 20 laps for $2,000 to win and $200 to take the green flag. Drivers will draw for their starting positions in heat races, 8 laps in distance.
Standard Super Late Model rules will be utilized for this event. Minimum weight is 2,300 lbs. with 1 lb. per lap burn-off. Tire rule is as follows: Hoosier 1300 or harder; American Racer 44 or harder.
