ARCA REWIND...a Look Back 28 years in Time.

It was sooooooo long ago, that....there were no grandstands in turn one,   and the wall around the track did not exist.  The year was 1992 when track operator Terry Spears arranged for  the first ARCA race at 5 Flags.                   Ronnie Joyce wrote this story  for the 1992 Snowball Derby program book.
