Lionel "Bud" St.Amant, age 73, passed away January 11, 2014 after 7 years battle with cancer. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all..

Survived by loving wife of 52 years, Ruth; son, Gary (Traci); daughter, Michele (Ric) Burt; grandchildren, Allison and Alexa Burt, Jordan and Olivia St.Amant; sister, Sandi Lane; mother-in-law, Viola Drumheller; sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Richards, Phyllis Park, Karen (Ray) Dusenbury; nieces and nephews.

His passion for life and racing, whether it was a driver, owner, crew chief, crew member or just as a fan in the stands, will long be remembered by all who knew him across the country. He was always there to lend a helping hand or give advice.

The family would like to express their heart-felt thanks to HomeReach Hospice nurses, Kim and J.C. and the entire staff at the Kobacker House. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where service will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Pastor Martin officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.
