{nl} www.pnj.com     Local enthusiasts like to puff their chests that there's no better spot to see a short-track race than Five Flags Speedway.      Turns out, the nation agrees.      While the Super Late Models christen the start of this year's five-race Blizzard Series tonight with the Pepsi Max 100, the 57-year-old track has plenty of reasons to celebrate.      Through online voting at Speed51.com, not only was Five Flags overwhelmingly voted the best venue short-track fans like to catch a race, but track General Manager Tim Bryant was named promoter of the year.
