Dylan Riggs Rides to Victory with NOW600 Mile High and Mountain West at El Paso County Raceway

CALHAN, Colo. (Sept. 1, 2018) - Dylan Riggs picked up his first career NOW600 Mile High and Mountain West Region Victory on Friday night at the El Paso County Raceway.

What seemed to be a washout before the feature event began. NOW600 officials got with El Paso County Raceway officials to get the track rolled in and back to action to complete the night.

Riggs’ first ever appearance in a NOW600 sanctioned event would start him six in the A-Main event. Riggs’ would maneuver his way through the field to claim the top spot at the conclusion of the 20-Lap affair.

Cory Kelly who started on the pole position after a huge passing point gain in his heat race would come home second. Christian Galicia ended the night with a podium finish. Fourth went to Skylar Rhoades with Hunter Rhoades advancing seven spots to finish fifth.

Adam Fox claimed the sixth spot. Doug McIntosh picked up an seventh place finish. Brianna Rhoades was eighth. Ninth went to Austin Ullstrom with the top ten rounding out with Jared McIntyre.

Kelly and Galicia were victors in heat race competition.

The NOW600 Mile High and Mountain West Regions will face off again tonight at the I-76 Speedway in Fort Morgan, Colorado in Non-Wing competition for the finale of Border Wars Part 2.
