BACK TO BACK WINS FOR BRANDON DENNIS IN MOD LITES
Last week’s winner, Brandon Dennis, started in the third row in the 15-lap Mod Lite feature but jumped to the outside at the drop of the green and shot past Nick Nash to lead lap one. Aaron VanVorst held second until lap four when Jimmy Wills climbed from ninth to take the spot.
Point leader James Hill was third by lap nine and battled with Wills until finally making the pass with four to go. Dennis was long gone by that point and could not be caught as he drove to his second consecutive win. Hill finished second with Wills third. VanVorst would hold off Tim White to finish in fourth and fifth respectively. Heats were won by Hill and Nash.
