TOP TWO FINISHERS FAIL TECH - DWAYNE CROCKETT CREDITED WITH THIRD WIN

It took four attempts to get the first lap of the 15-lap AC Delco PSC Modified feature in and taking the point was Danny Smack. Kenneth Peek and Carson Wright locked into a good battle swapping second while Brandon Watkins and Dwayne Crockett held down the top five.

 

Peek moved on top for lap five with Wright following into second. With four to go, Crockett moved into third with Watkins following into fourth. Peek would hold off Wright to become the first driver across the stripe but the car failed engine inspection of Monday and Peek was disqualified.. Wright crossed the line in second but was too light at the scales moving Crockett to the top spot. Watkins finished in the second with Jordn Justice getting by Scott Hitchens on the final lap for third.. Heat races were won by Kevin Sockriter and Peek.
