New twist added to World Modified Dirt Track Championship

SPRING VALLEY, Minn.—On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 23-25, the Best of the Best dirt modified drivers on the planet will converge on the Deer Creek Speedway for the 5th Annual World Modified Dirt Track Championship presented by Red Tail Tackle.

In just four years, the mega-event at the iconic high-banked 3/8-mile clay oval in Spring Valley, Minn., has solidified itself as the “who’s who� marquee shoot-out for open-wheel dirt modified racing, and this year’s event will offer a new twist for competitors and fans alike.

Race fans will witness a complete program of qualifying and main events for the USMTS Modifieds each day, with Saturday’s show featuring an “alphabet soup� of main events as drivers try to claw their way into the big dance.
