Weaver Third in Hey-Jack 40 at Crossville

Cameron Weaver rolled into Crossville (Tenn.) Speedway on Saturday night for the $3,000-to-win Hey-Jack Construction 40.

The American All-Star Series Super Late Model event brought 22 entries to the high-banked oval. Cameron qualified sixth fastest in BHR Fabrication Qualifying to earn a spot in the Race Track Connection Dash.

After advancing to a fifth-place finish in the dash, Weaver started fifth in the feature. He slipped back to sixth in the early stages of the feature before ultimately rebounding to finish third behind Jesse Lowe and and Cory Hedgecock.
