NEMIRE LOCKS UP PAVEMENT TITLE WITH TWIN 20-LAP COLUMBUS WINS
Columbus, OH……..Austin Nemire of Toledo, Ohio wrapped up the 2014 USAC Midwest HPD Pavement title with a pair of point-rich 20-lap “double points” feature wins in the “Fall Nationals” at Columbus Motor Speedway Saturday night. He passed Austin Harris on lap 14 and led the final seven laps in the opener, then passed Jacob Stickle on lap 12 and led to the finish in the 20-lap nightcap. Adam Thomason was second in both races, while Harris had a third and fifth, Stickle was fourth and third and Anthony McCune had a fifth and fourth.
