Deery Brothers Summer Series returns to Cedar County Raceway this Saturday
MAQUOKETA, Ia. – The Deery Brothers Summer Series for IMCA Late Models will visit Tipton, Iowa this Saturday, April 20th. When the Deery Brothers come to town, it will be the tenth appearance of the series at Cedar County Raceway.
Also competing will be Modifieds, Street Stocks, SportMods, and the American Iron Racing Series. All racing will be on the quarter-mile dirt oval.
Justin Kay of Wheatland, has a stranglehold on Deery Brothers events Cedar County in recent years. Kay has won the last four races held in Tipton. Five different drivers captured victory in the five previous races.
Tickets for the Deery Brothers race are $18 for adults, students and seniors $15, and children 12 and under are free. Pit passes are $30. The pits open at 4pm, the grandstand at 5pm, hotlaps at 6:30pm,The pits open at 4pm, the grandstand at 5pm, hotlaps at 6:30pm, with racing to follow.
