Update from the Legend's Shop: 11/8/2018
Thanks to all that made the trip to Atlanta Motorsport Park for our Road Course event. We had a good turnout and some excellent weather and racing.
Our Bandolero entries were about double from the previous year and considering we were racing just after the asphalt nationals in Vegas the Legends count was decent. Our Team Challenge winners for 2018 was decided at the AMP race and those winning teams will be recognized at our awards banquet in December.
We hope everyone will make an effort to attend Cordele for their last race of the year which is next Saturday, November 17th. That race will decide the Crisp Motorsports Park points champions for this season in each division. On December 8th we will have a season ending double header here at AMS on the 1.2 mile road course track. Later that day we will have the season ending awards banquet here at the speedway in Club One. Be sure to get with Shirley or myself as we need to have a good turnout for those two events.
Our activities will begin for the 2019 season with a ¼ mile driving school on January 5th and our opening race event on the ¼ mile one week later January 12th. There are only a couple of open spots left for the driving school so let us know if you have interest.
