Update from AMS - 7/20
Thank you Thursday Thunder competitors. As track promoters we strive to produce a safe, competitive, entertaining environment in which our racers can enjoy the sport we all love. Once again on Thursday night mother nature produced some challenges and you, our competitors truly stepped up in a big way. In over 20 years we’ve never run an event in the conditions we were dealt Thursday but unfortunately as the season winds down and already being a week behind we really had very limited choices…. You all stuck it out and produced a clean show on a very wet track. I can’t tell you how proud I am of the outstanding job you all did last night under very challenging conditions. We cannot do what we do without your support and we are well aware of your commitment to our program. Thank you for being so loyal, we look forward to seeing all of you back for weeks 9 and 10.
