(Pulaski, PA)...The Pace Performance RUSH Late Models, Sportsman Modifieds, Pro Mods, Stock Cars and Karting Series were all in action this past week with good weather for the majority of the weekend. While the veterans picked up several wins in weekly action; 14-year-old Ben Easler scored a very popular career first victory (Raceway 7) indicating that another generation of competitors are ready to add their names to the RUSH record book.

The Pace Performance RUSH Sportsman Modifieds were in action both Friday and Saturday night. Ben Easler and Justin Shea led the 16-car field to the green at Raceway 7 on Friday night for their second event of the season part of the "Route 7 Rumble" Series presented by Wedge Motorsports. Easler took command at the start and slowly increased his lead on each circuit. By lap 10 the Linesville, Pa. teenager had increased the lead to 0.719 seconds before a caution slowed the field. Easler weathered another restart just one lap later when Jacob Jordan stopped on the backstretch. The 14-year-old Easler maintained his composure for the final nine circuits and went on to score his career first victory in a full-size race car over Shea, Brandon Ritchey, Kole Holden and Greg Porter.

The RUSH Sportsman Modified teams ventured south to Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Saturday evening for their second appearance at the "Monster Half-Mile" in the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply Weekly Series event. Ohio driver Chas Wolbert was victorious in the 15-lap main event as he already has wins at four different tracks in three states this year! Tony Tatgenhorst was a season best second. Justin Shea came from the sixth position to finish third with Chelsie Kreigish following in fourth and Kole Holden in fifth.

Pace Performance RUSH Late Model action at Raceway 7 saw veteran Billy Henry, Jr. pick up his first win of the 2021 season. Henry led the entire event and weathered several cautions enroute to the win over Breyton Santee, Cory Sines, Joe Long and Andy Boozel.

Friday night RUSH Late Model action at the Dog Hollow Speedway saw Flynn's Tire/Born2Run Lubricants Touring Series driver Kyle Hardy return to the Northern Cambria, Pa oval for the second straight week. The Virginia driver started on the pole and led the entire 20-lap distance to score a convincing second straight win over Michael Duritsky. Levi Crowl, Joe Moyer and Tim Snare, Jr. completed the top five.

Chad Homan claimed his second checkered flag of the season Friday evening at The Hill Speedway. Jared Keeney finished in the runner-up spot with Joe Lane, Steve LeBarron and Darin Horton rounding out the top five.

Saturday evening’s Pace Performance RUSH Late Model action at Woodhull Raceway was led to the green by Jim Buck and Darin Horton. Buck led the first seven circuits while Brad Smith, who started sixth, methodically worked his way to the second position. Smith wrestled the lead away from Buck on lap nine. Smith cruised to a convincing second win over Chuck Lafleur, Jason McGregor, Austin Allen and Joe Layfield.

RUSH Late Model action at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway saw veteran Daryl Charlier come from the seventh starting spot to pick up his second win of the season at the "Monster Half-Mile". The win propelled Charlier into the points lead of RUSH's "Track Pack" standings at PPMS. Jake Gunn came home in the runner-up position followed by his brother Zach in third. Ben Policz was fourth and last week’s winner Zach Morrow rounded out the top five.

Chris Fleming used a front row starting position to lead the early laps of the RUSH Late Model main event at Fulton Speedway. Fleming led the first five circuits before points leader Chad Homan took over. Fleming wrestled the lead away from Homan on lap seven. The duo then battled side by side (Fleming running the top and Homan using the bottom groove) for several laps before Fleming moved to the bottom and took Homan’s preferred line away from him. Fleming went on to capture his second main event of the season over Homan. Max Hill, Sean Beardsley and Bret Belden rounded out the top five.

Genesee Speedway RUSH Late Model action saw Paul Grigsby lead the first circuit before Bill Holmes took the top spot on the second circuit. JJ Mazur took second away from Grigsby on lap nine and set his sights on Holmes. By lap 13 Jeremy Wonderling joined in the battle for the top spot. The trio battled for the final 12 laps with Holmes holding off both Mazur and Wonderling for his third victory of the year. Grigsby finished fourth and Doug Ricotta was fifth.

Levi Crowl scored his third RUSH Late Model win of 2021 at the Winchester Speedway Saturday night. Crowl started on the pole and led the entire 20-lap distance to capture the victory. Daniel Brown, Jr. brought home his best finish of the season in second with Scott Sweeney, Jr. third. Dylan High and Timmy Booth completed the top five.

Veteran Scott Gurdak was victorious for the second consecutive week in Pace Performance RUSH Late Model action at Stateline Speedway. Gurdak, who started in the sixth position, took over the top spot on lap two, weathered several cautions and withstood the challenges of Darrell Bossard to score a well-earned victory over a solid 23-car field. David Pangrazio, Jason Genco and Andy Boozel completed the top five.

The RUSH Pro Mods were also in action at Stateline Speedway Saturday night. Drivers received nearly $15,000 in product contingencies as part of their annual "Manufacturers Night" presented by MSD Performance. Another excellent field of 26 cars were on hand. The duo of Jarrod Silvis and Victor Earle Jr. battled for the lead on the initial start. A caution slowed the field on lap two and Steve Dixon took control of the top spot when the action resumed. Dixon, Dennis Lunger, Adam Ashcroft and Silvis battled for the top five spots until lap 15 when Lunger gained the upper hand and went on to score his fourth overall Pro Mod win of 2021. Ashcroft claimed the second spot followed by C.J. Irons, Earle and Silvis.

Veterans Scott Gurdak and Chub Frank led the Pace Performance RUSH Late Model main event to the green Sunday night at Eriez Speedway. Frank won the sprint to turn one and led the first circuit followed by Gurdak, Darrell Bossard, Mike Knight, and Khole Wanzer. At the halfway mark the running order was Frank, Gurdak, Bossard, Jason Genco and Knight. Genco took the third spot from Bossard on lap 16 and wrestled the second position from Gurdak on the next circuit. At the checkered flag it was Frank claiming his second win of the 2021 season with Genco second, Knight third, Bossard fourth and Gurdak in fifth.

Pace Performance RUSH Stock car action saw Bob Torquato pick up this third straight victory Friday evening at Dog Hollow Speedway. Mikael Beaver claimed the RUSH Stock Car main event at Eriez Speedway Sunday night.

The Pace RUSH Sprint Cars had last weekend off, but were in action on Tuesday night at Sharon Speedway part of Ohio Speedweek with the All Star Circuit of Champions, and also on FloRacing. Fresh off his first career win on June 5 from the 12th starting spot, 17-year-old Nolan Groves made it two in a row at the Hartford, Ohio oval leading all 20 laps. It was far from easy as he drivers like Arnie Kent, Chad Ruhlman, and Blaze Myers pressuring him. Kent actually got by at one point, but couldn't make the pass stick. Myers, another 17-year-old, was able to get by Kent for second. Kent was third over Gale Ruth, Jr. and John Mollick. A solid field of 20 cars were on hand for the midweek show.
