Pro Power Racing Dashes Post Added Cash at Upcoming Wild West Shootout
SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. (Dec. 28, 2020) — Wisconsin-based Pro Power Racing Engines is once again adding extra cash to three Dirt Track Bank Super Late Model programs presented by Black Diamond Race Cars during the upcoming 15th annual Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts.
On January 9, 10, and 16 drivers, who finish just outside of a transfer spot in Dirt Track Bank Super Late Model B-main action at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway, will get a chance at redemption. Each of the three nights, the first 10 non-transfer drivers will take part in the 10-lap Pro Power Racing Dash.
Each dash posts a $2,000 purse with the winner receiving $1,000 or the option to forfeit the winner’s purse and start at the tail of the night’s feature.
“Bill and Josie Schlieper are two of our biggest supporters. With the money they add to the event, it not only gives racers a chance to make some extra cash on an otherwise challenging night, but it also gives one racer the chance to keep racing if they elect to forfeit their Dash win and start on the tail of the feature, event director Ben Shelton noted. “Additionally, it’s an asset to racers in all divisions to have Bill onsite throughout the event. More than once, I’ve seen him helping drivers in all divisions with their engines, even though they might not be a client of his.
