Devil’s Bowl Is Next For ASCS Elite Non-Wing
Bryan Hulbert – MESQUITE, Texas (June 7, 2022) On track at the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, that is what’s next for the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series presented by Abilene Powder Coatings on Saturday, June 11.
Last visiting the half-mile on August 7, 2021, the night’s win went to Steven Shebester, who raced through the field from ninth. Justin Zimmerman and Jason Howell made up the night’s podium. The biggest track the non-wing tour will face in 2022, Saturday’s event offers teams a $3,000 to win A-Feature.
Back in Texas after a quick jog to Louisiana this past weekend, the Devil’s Bowl showdown is the ninth event of the 2022 season that has seen four winners, each taking a pair of wins. Cody Gardner picked up his second win of the year at Boothill Speedway in a near photo finish.
Saturday, June 11, opens at 6:00 P.M. Racing begins at 8:00 P.M. (CDT). Other divisions on the card include IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, Lone Star Accessories Factory Stocks, and, Buckmeyer Motorsports Limited Modifieds. Tickets are $15 for Adults, $10 for Seniors (60+), Military and Youth (13-15), and free for Kids 12 and under. Pit Passes are $35.
