Coby Pearce Takes ASCS Elite North Win At I-76 Speedway
Bryan Hulbert – FORT MORGAN, Colo. (September 6, 2020) Getting his fourth career with the ASCS Elite North Non-Wing Series, Coby Pearce made full use of his front-row starting spot on Sunday night.
Snapping a winning streak by Michael Fanelli, the New Mexico ace was relegated to his first runner-up finish of the season with the series. Trying to go three wins in a row on the weekend, Zac Taylor hauled from Rock Springs, Wy. to take on I-76 Speedway and charged from eighth to third. Mike Hathaway and Nick Nichols made up the top five.
Jeff Seesholtz, Brett Ream, Brian Hardman, Gary Land, and Butch Hardman completed the field.
The ASCS Elite North Non-Wing Series races again on Saturday, September 12 at El Paso County Raceway.
