Hill Looks to Continue Improvement at Grizzly Nationals

Inside Line Promotions – SIX NATIONS, Ontario, Canada (July 10, 2019) – Following a weekend off from racing, Alex Hill is looking forward to continuing her improvement this season at the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour’s Grizzly Nationals this Friday and Saturday at Gallatin Speedway in Belgrade, Mont.
“We’ve had a pretty good season so far,” said Hill, who currently sits 10th in the ASCS National Tour standings. “Our results have shown improvement over last year. We’ve qualified for a lot more A Mains this year, which was one of our main goals. I think we’ve only missed two or three so far this year.”
Hill noted that she has improved as a driver during her second season as a regular on the ASCS National Tour.
“I’m pretty happy with the laps I’ve been running,” she said. “I feel I’m improving. There are some things I need to get better at, but overall I’m happy with the way the season is going.”
Hill is hoping to continue that improvement at the Grizzly Nationals this weekend, where she scored a pair of top-15 finishes in her first appearance at the track last year.
“I’m excited to return to the Grizzly Nationals this year,” she said. “I had a good time there last year. I think we finished 12th one night, which wasn’t too bad for our first time there. Hopefully we can improve on that this year.”
