ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprint Races In Tennessee Cancelled In The Wake Of Hurricane Irma

TULSA, Okla. (September 11, 2017) With a number of teams impacted by Hurricane Irma, and the remnants of the storm moving through the area until at least Thursday, officials at both the Tennessee National Raceway and Duck River Raceway Park have made the call to cancel their races this Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16 with the Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints.

The races will not be rescheduled for the 2017 season, but both tracks are working with Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints officials for 2018. As of now, the next events for the Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints are Friday, October 6 at LA 36 Raceway in Lacombe, La. and Southern Raceway in Milton, Fla. on Saturday, October 7.
