Rain Postpones Lucas Oil ASCS at I-30
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (June 7, 2014) - The sun was shining until it was time for the Driver's Meeting at the I-30 Speedway, that's when Mother Nature unleashed her fury upon "Hammer Hill", forcing the postponement of Saturday's spectacular with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV American Real.
Track promoter, Tracey Clay is working with ASCS officials, as well surrounding track promoters, to find a date to reschedule the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV American Real. According to Clay, the date could be in the month of August.
The next race for the Lucas Oil ASCS will be on Saturday, June 14 at the Devil's Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas.
Updates on a rescheduled time for the I-30 Speedway will be posted to http://www.ascsracing.com.
The 2014 season marks the twenty-third year of sanctioning Sprint Car racing for the American Sprint Car Series, which brings the best of Sprint Car racing to dozens of different tracks throughout the nation.
