Zarin Collects Pair of Top 10's at Lernerville

Logan Zarin invaded Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pa.) over the weekend with the annual Steel City Stampede.

In Friday's Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series (ULMS) event, Logan went into battle against a field of 25 entries. After qualifying 12th-fastest he won his heat race from the fourth-starting spot. Unfortunately, his chain limiter was discovered to be broken after the heat race, which resulted in him failing the droop check.

Zarin started 24th on the feature grid before charging to a ninth-place finish in the 30-lap, $4,000-to-win finale.

Logan also took part in RUSH Late Model action, where he finished fifth in his heat race before advancing from 20th-to-eighth in Sunday's rain-delayed, 30-lap finale.
