Biggest UCRA Race Ever this Saturday, April 29 at Fort Payne
Fort Payne, AL, (4/27/23) —- The biggest race of both the UCRA 604 Crate Late Model series, and the Fort Payne Motor Speedway in Northeast Alabama is now scheduled for Saturday, April 29th paying $7238 to win and $300 to start / 72 lap feature. Also on the line is $338 for the All Foam Solutions Fast Qualifier.
The Legendary Marvin Ford Classic is rescheduled from Friday due to inclement weather forecast. Track officials have decided to move the crate portion of the show to Saturday and cancel the Iron Man portion of the event with the rain coming in Friday. There will not be a chance to get 2 shows in and the decision was unanimous to try our best to get the UCRA show in, since it was Marvin Ford whom created the series. Officials have decided to raise the purse to make it the biggest race in UCRA and Fort Payne Motor Speedway history. All local classes, including Super Late Models will be in action Saturday night.
