POWRi Lightning Sprint Weekly | September 16-18

Belleville, IL. (9/19/22) Finding four chances of outstanding open-wheel action slated for the weekend, the POWRi Lightning Sprint Division continues to highlight the seasonal quest for National Championship notoriety. Riding a flurry of late-seasonal points finds the father and son Truscinski duo battling atop the championship picture with Alex leading his father Alan heading into the final few events of the yearly competition.

Feature winners would include Stanley Kreisel earning his eleventh career victory in the Midwest as Braden Chiaramonte would grab his third feature win in the Southwest. Northernly series action in the Minn-Kota would witness Alan Truscinski grab career win number nine on Friday as Sunday would see Dexter Dvergsten earn his twenty-seventh career victory to wrap up the two-day racing weekend.
