In fine form all evening Bowers would protect his lead for the remainder of the race notching his first POWRi MLS feature win this season and third win in two years within the series.

Brandon Smith #11 would attempt nearly every lap to get around the speedy Bowers but ultimately would come up 1.117 seconds short, placing in the second position. Chasity Younger #10 and Chase Fischer #22 would have quite the battle between the two for the final podium position as a late-race restart would see Fischer get past Younger in a hard battle for third and fourth with Mike Tinzell #91 rounding out the top-five finishers in the POWRi MLS premiere at KC Raceway.
