West Liberty Raceway hosts Deery Brothers Summer Series this Saturday
MAQUOKETA, Ia. – The West Liberty Raceway will roar this Saturday, when the Deery Brothers Summer Series for IMCA Late Models will visit the half-mile dirt oval. Also competing will be Modifieds, SportMods, Stock Cars, and 4-Stocks.
This will be the first Deery Brothers race at West Liberty since 2017.
Justin Kay of Wheatland, is the defending Deery Brothers Summer Series champion and holds the record for most Deery wins at West Liberty with eight victories. Other Deery Brothers West Liberty winners include: Brian Harris, Ray Guss Jr., Denny Eckrich, Colby Springsteen, Dave Birkhofer, and Chad Holladay.
Tickets for the Deery Brothers race are $18 for adults, students and seniors $15, and children 12 and under are free. Pit passes are $30. The pits open at 4pm, the grandstand at 5pm, hotlaps at 6:30pm, with racing to follow.
