MSTS 410s adds Prelude to the Border Battle: July 25 at Hamilton County Speedway
The season keeps getting better for the ACS Roofing, Westover Masonry Midwest 410 Sprint Touring Series powered by Cressman Sanitation. The MSTS 410 outlaw sprint cars will invade Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, Iowa, on July 25 to kick off Border Battle Weekend.
The first of its kind outlaw sprint car event for the speedway will run in conjunction with the Hamilton County Fair, and kicks off a blockbuster weekend of racing in the Upper Midwest. The following night, Jackson Motorplex hosts the $7,000 to win Merle Johnson Memorial Border Battle which will also be a complete points event for MSTS 410s. Knoxville Raceway and Huset’s Speedway’s $7,000 to win feature completes the Border Battle weekend.
Hamilton County Speedway is excited to host the Prelude to the Border Battle and expects to offer a payout to teams that will far exceed the standard MSTS 410 offering. Further details on that will be released in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, the exciting inaugural ACS Roofing, Westover Masonry Midwest 410 Sprint Touring Series powered by Cressman Sanitation is set to push off with a double header of racing action. Dakota State Fair Speedway will host the series this Saturday, May 11. The event is the first sprint car race in Huron, South Dakota, in several years. The MSTS 410 road warriors then take part in the Mother’s Day opener at Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, South Dakota on Sunday May 12.
