More Than Four Inches of Rain Forces Jackson Motorplex to Postpone Race
Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (June 21, 2018) – Mother Nature has not been kind to Jackson Motorplex this season.
More than four inches of rain has fallen in the last 24 hours, which has made the grounds too saturated to hold this Friday’s Full Tilt Performance Night.
The DeKalb/Asgrow presents the Midwest Power Series by GRP Motorsports, which features 360ci winged sprint cars, will return to action at Jackson Motorplex a week from Friday. The A Main pays $3,000 to win and $400 to start.
The Heartland Steel RaceSaver sprint cars presented by Wyffels Hybrids and NSL non-wing sprint cars presented by HitchDoc will also compete during the event on June 29.
This week’s rained out program marks the seventh show that has been effected by inclement weather this season at Jackson Motorplex.
