Sub Zero Forecast Temps cause April 14th Cancellation

The Park Jefferson officials have decided to cancel races scheduled for April 14th. With weekend temperatures calling for below freezing temps, the staff at Park Jefferson are unable turn on the water supply to the facility without the threat of burst pipes. That coupled with a forecast that call for snow has forced officials to make the decision.

Park Jefferson Officials have decided to make the decision to cancel the races early in order to provide teams the opportunity to pursue races that are occurring as part of the IMCA Frostbuster Series in Iowa as well as the Bugeater Bash at I 80 Speedway.

Officials hope to lift the lid on the 2018 racing season on April 21st with a full IMCA racing program along with the opening night of the weekly Keizer Wheels 360 Championship Sprint Cars. For more information, follow online at www.parkjeff.com and www.facebook.com/parkjeffsd.
