Zeitner Trucking returns to sponsor SLMR Super Series Race
Park Jefferson is excited to announce that Zeitner & Sons, Inc will return as the title sponsor of the SLMR race at Park Jefferson on August 6th. Zeitners approached the track last year about making the SLMR event a super series event, with a $2,000 to win first place prize. They will be on board again for this years renewal of the event, with the race date as August 6th.
"Leon and the entire staff at Zeitner were really supportive last year by stepping up to grow our event. This is the 3rd time the SLMR will be at Park Jefferson since reopening, and we couldn't have made it as successful without them" state interim GM Dwight Adamson.
Park Jefferson will be offering a full night of IMCA weekly racing in addition to the SLMR series invasion, which should provide for a full night of racing. With over 30 cars supporting the event last year, the expectation is for triple digit car counts for the August 6. Tickets for adults will be $17 with kids and seniors 70+ just $5.
