MAVTV Plus to Broadcast 9th Annual MLRA Spring Nationals
Wheatland, Missouri (April 21, 2022) – Both nights of this weekends highly anticipated MLRA Spring Nationals Presented by Pitts Homes, will take center stage on MAVTV Plus. For the first time this season MLRA fans who are not able to make it to the event in person at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri will be able to catch every lap and every pass through the MAVTV Plus streaming platform.

The MLRA Spring Nationals returns to Lucas Oil Speedway this weekend for the first time since 2017. Two weeks ago Bobby Pierce and Johnny Scott scored MLRA victories in the series opener at the 81 Speedway in Park City, KS, which saw strong fields both nights of 39 and 36 competitors respectively. Now for the first time in his career, Scott will lead the series into town sporting the florescent Midwest Sheet Metal Spoiler, indicative of the series point leader.
Former MLRA Sunoco Rookie of the Year Tad Pospisil comes into the weekend second in the early season standings The Norfolk, NE driver scorched the field during both nights of DirtonDirt.com qualifying in the series opener, setting back-to-back qualifying records. This weekends action will be extra critical for MLRA teams, as it will be the one and only chance to get dialed in for next months 30th Annual Crown Jewel, "Show-Me 100".
Friday nights $5,000 to win MLRA main event will be supported by the Cedar Creek Beef Jerky USRA Modifieds racing for a $750 top prize along with the Show-Me Vintage Racers.
The weekend finale on Saturday night will crank things up a notch for the MLRA stars, as drivers will battle it out in a $7,000 to win "A" Feature. USRA Modifieds will again be in action, along with full shows for the O'Reilly Auto Parts USRA Stock Cars, and Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods.
