Mother Nature Postpones Event at Peoria Speedway

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(April 5, 2021) LaSalle, IL - The officials from Peoria Speedway and Mars Racing Series have made the tough decision to postpone this weekend's season opener that was slated for Saturday April 10. Due to rain already received and the forecast for more tomorrow it was in the best interest for all that we look for a new date for this event. Track officials want to give the drivers the best racing surface possible to compete on and the weather is not going to allow that to happen. As soon as a new date is decided on it will be made know.

The Mars Racing Series will now set its sights on the Thaw Brawl at LaSalle Speedway as the possible seasoning opening event on May 7th 7 8th paying $12,000 to win. You can keep up on all the happenings of the Mars Racing Series on our Facebook page and at www. marsracingseries.com.
