Ewing and Boland Victorious in NOW600 Milestone TOWR Series Action At RPM Speedway

Bryan Hulbert – CRANDALL, Texas (May 29, 2020) Kicking off the Welborn Texas Restrictor Nationals at RPM Speedway on Friday night, the NOW600 Milestone TOWR Series, in conjunction with the POWRi Lonestar 600’s saw Jacob Ewing grace Restricted A-Class Victory Lane.

Besting a field of 18, the path to Ewing’s second win of the season began from the left of the second row. Followed closely by Caden McCreary from the fourth starting spot, the pair were joined on the podium by Hailey Taylor who made an impressive drive from ninth. Connor Thomas from seventh grabbed fourth with Caiden Mitchell completing the top five.

While the Restrictor division took center stage, the show was completed with a stout 27 car lineup in Winged A-Class with area favorite, Johnny Boland winning from outside the front row.

Boland’s second win of the season in overall NOW600 competition, the Fort Worth, Texas shoe was chased to the line by Houston’s Karson Battarbee. Jacob Lucas made the final podium step from seventh with Karter Battarbee and 11th starting Brady Ross making up the top five.
