Chelby Hinton Races to NOW600 Tel-Star Ark-La-Tex Region Finale Win at 105 Speedway
CLEVELAND, Texas (October 27, 2019) - Chelby Hinton races to NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies Ark-La-Tex Region victory on Saturday night during the finale at 105 Speedway.
A staggering 23 cars were on hand for the final race of the season for the inaugural season of the Ark-La-Tex Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series.
Starting eighth on the grid, Chelby Hinton maneuvered to the front to capture the win. Weldon Buford crossed in the runner up spot from seventh. Mike Walling rounded out the podium after starting sixth. Maverick Elkins from ninth finished fourth and Bash Ferguson rounded out the top five from the 14th starting spot.
Matt Ebarb from last crossed sixth. Seventh went to Scott Craft who started 15th. Patrick Lundy advanced 12 spots to finish in eighth. Tim Ferguson from 18th finished ninth and Lee Land made up the top ten.
Jacob Lucas, Raleigh Shepherd and Mike Stalling were heat race winners.
After the points were tallied, Kendyl Guillot is the 2019 NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies Ark-La-Tex Regional Champion!
